30-Day Return & Refund Policy

We want you to be happy with your purchase. You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need your receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we will provide you with return instructions and the appropriate return address. Items returned without first contacting us may not be accepted.

Damaged, Faulty or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order when it arrives. If your item is damaged, faulty, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us as soon as possible so we can assess the issue and provide an appropriate solution.

Change of Mind Returns

For eligible change-of-mind returns, the item must be unused, unworn and in its original condition and packaging. Customers may be responsible for return shipping costs for change-of-mind returns.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect an approved return, we will let you know whether the refund has been approved. If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Please allow time for your bank or payment provider to process the refund after it has been issued.

Our products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. Nothing in this policy limits or excludes any rights or remedies you may have under the Australian Consumer Law.
